On about a hectare of land, I grow around thirty organic and seasonal vegetables throughout the year.

For ethical reasons, all our production is carried out using organic farming methods. This means that no pesticides are used. All raw materials (seeds, plants, potting soil, etc.) are organic. I also place great emphasis on biodiversity, leaving parts of the meadow mowed late, sowing flower strips, and installing bird nesting boxes and perches for birds of prey. As well as being able to watch the butterflies and listen to the birds, this helps to regulate pests naturally!
