As a mountain guide, I'll take you on the trails of our beloved Pyrenees. For a few hours, a day or a few days, we'll take the time to experience, far from the noise of the world, a moment out of time, as close to nature as possible.

I propose to take you both winter and summer, on accessible trails and in formats to suit all profiles, to discover the mountain environment and its immense wealth. In a convivial atmosphere, we'll observe the wildlife on the high peaks, explore the ruins of ancient castles or follow historic trails that bear witness to the passage of time. Visiting pastoral huts, enjoying the shade of our beautiful forests or dipping our feet in the cool waters of high-altitude lakes, we'll call upon our primitive feelings to feel alive! We'll also meet the people who make up today's Ariège, be they farmers, shepherds or refuge wardens, allowing us to open our senses to another world, that of mountain life, in all its simplicity.
